Pick and Place Robot (BE)



  
Wireless robotic crane is all about the picking and placing of object. It can be used to pick any object and place it at required place with the help of crane. In this project, robotic crane is operated by wireless remote. In remote there are 16 keys, Here remote is ASK (Amplitude Shift Keying) based 4 channel, so 16 different applications can be controlled by remote. Also there are possiblities to add various features later on by using reserved keys. For the convience of user robotic crane is made in such a way that it can rotate 360 degree and able to pick and place any object. Also whole robotic crane is movable. It can move anywhere in premises. So, there is no limitations on the operating area of the crane. It can move left, right according to the key pressed. Also the operating range of the remote is 50 meter. So it can be operated in many situation, where human being cann’t work. In future by modifying software and model it can be used according to once own requirement for various applications. So, the operator can sit at any place and operate crane. These crane can be used for other purposes like agriculture purpose, in hazardous conditions, machine loading and unloading, spray painting. By using circuitary of this project one can implement different applications like security system, automatic automation system etc. Here to transmit the signal simple wired antenna is used with specified length which is mentioned in datasheets.Precausion again the noise of channel is provided by the encoder and decoder chip used. It checks the data more than one times and than it will give output. The encoder chip used have facility to transmit the address before data to match it with the decoder. The 8 bit address allows us to use 256 different decoder IC with one encoder IC. So, it is useful to expand the total capacity up to 256 chips * 16 keys. 

INDUSTRIAL UTILIZATION:

  • This Robot is very useful for the bomb squad, fire department and other application where investigation is preferred and none of any human can approach at particular place. It is made wireless and with the advantages of wireless camera and temperature indicator, optional with hydraulic base and pressurized water pump.    
  • Also can be used as language toe in wars and some unnatural environments
